Terms of Use
Stage. by Pi provides a creative marketplace for public discovery, profiles, hiring workflows, deal rooms, protected payment records, agreements, scheduling, creator commerce, and admin-reviewed dispute and payout operations.
Acceptance
These Terms govern access to Stage. by Pi, including public pages, accounts, profiles, creator packages, jobs, campaigns, events, applications, offers, deal rooms, agreements, payment records, disputes, admin tools, and related services.
By accessing Stage, creating an account, publishing content, submitting a brief, requesting a package, accepting an offer, paying through Razorpay, or using any marketplace workflow, you agree to these Terms and applicable policy pages.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account, profile, business, agency, tax, payout, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Users entering paid work must be legally able to contract. If a minor talent is represented, account control and contracting responsibility must sit with a parent, legal guardian, agency, or other authorised representative as permitted by law.
Marketplace Workflows
Stage helps users discover profiles, publish work, apply to opportunities, compare candidates, request creator packages, negotiate scope, maintain deal-room records, record approvals, and manage disputes.
Stage is not a party to every creative service contract unless expressly stated. The client, creator, agency, or business remains responsible for scope accuracy, lawful conduct, deliverables, approvals, tax information, permissions, licences, and on-ground execution.
Payments, Fees, and Taxes
Payments may be collected through Razorpay Checkout, payment links, or other supported provider workflows. Stage records payment intent, order, capture, refund, payout readiness, invoice, and ledger status for operational review.
Amounts shown on Stage may include creator fees, platform fees, add-ons, taxes, expense reimbursements, or other line items where applicable. Users are responsible for applicable GST, TDS, income tax, invoicing, and statutory compliance for their role.
Content, Portfolio, and Usage Rights
You must own or have permission to upload, publish, license, sell, or share content on Stage. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, unsafe, misleading, confidential, or non-consensual material.
Usage rights for creative deliverables are governed by the accepted offer, work order, package terms, agreement terms, and any recorded usage-right notes. Payment alone does not automatically grant unlimited rights unless the relevant terms say so.
Safety, Disputes, and Platform Action
Stage may review reports, verification evidence, payment events, dispute evidence, public content, private deal-room records, and safety signals. We may hide content, restrict workflows, revoke verification, suspend accounts, block payouts, or preserve evidence where needed.
Disputes, refunds, and payout decisions are review-based and may depend on payment status, work progress, deliverables, approvals, usage rights, evidence, and applicable payment network rules.
Liability and Jurisdiction
Stage is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, loss-of-profit, reputation, opportunity, or business interruption damages.
