Pricing and Payment Policy
Stage pricing can include public package rates, custom work-order amounts, creator fees, platform fees, taxes, add-ons, and provider-collected payments depending on the workflow.
Pricing Sources
Pricing may appear in creator package listings, job budgets, campaign offers, event fees, custom proposals, work orders, invoices, add-ons, or manually reviewed admin records.
Some services use fixed pricing. Others are custom, negotiable, milestone-based, hourly, daily, usage-right based, performance-linked, or event-specific depending on the accepted terms.
What May Be Included
A payable amount may include creator or talent fees, agency fees, platform fees, add-ons, taxes, reimbursements, usage-right fees, revision fees, rush fees, venue or production expenses, or other agreed line items.
Stage may display estimated budgets before final scope is accepted. The final accepted work order, invoice, or checkout amount controls the payable amount for that transaction.
Razorpay Payments
Stage may use Razorpay Checkout to collect payments through supported methods such as cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, or other methods enabled on the Razorpay account.
Payment is not complete until the provider confirms the payment and Stage records the captured payment status. Failed, expired, or abandoned payments may require a new checkout attempt.
Taxes and Invoices
Taxes, GST, TDS, withholding, reporting, and invoice obligations depend on the user role, entity status, supply details, service category, and applicable law. Users must provide accurate tax and billing information where requested.
Stage may generate internal invoices, payment records, payout readiness records, or reconciliation entries for operational and accounting purposes.
Changes, Add-Ons, and Refunds
Scope changes, additional revisions, rush delivery, paid usage rights, creator-ad usage, raw files, extended campaign rights, travel, reshoots, or event changes may change the final price if accepted by the parties.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the specific accepted work terms. Approved provider refunds are returned to the original payment source where Razorpay source refunds apply.
